Cut 2" bands from around the preimeter of two 10" paper doilies. Place a small dab of hot glue at the center top of any handcast paper heart and attach one end of one of the doily strips. Now run a bead of hot glue about 2" along the top edge of the heart. Gather the doily strip slightly and press it against the hot glue.
Proceed around the heart, working in 2" sections until you reach the bottom point. Trim. Repeat on the other half of the heart, again starting at the middle of the top. Decorate with dried or silk flowers, a bow and a ribbon loop, all affixed with hot glue.
